New Dawn FM is a Community Radio Established by Bougainvilleans to Promote and Create awareness on Issues affecting Bougainville after the Bougainville conflict.
As an Independent Media it tries to promote Peace,Democracy Building, Good Governance AND supports the Autonomous Bougainville Government on strengthening Autonomy on Bougainville.
It also has a duty to make the population of Bougainville aware of the Bougainville Peace Agreement and the Referendum that will finally decide the future of Bougainville.
